Can not edit properties after upgrading

Hi,
I just upgraded from 5.4.0.5 to 5.4.1.1
It seemed to work fine after i used the database upgradescripthttp://yoursite.com/index.php/tools/required/upgrade...
Bu now I can not edit properties in the pages in the dashboard. I can not change names on the pages and I can not create new pages?
And now I just realized that a lot of things are NOT working in the dashboard....:-(
I will try and downgrade again... Hoping this will succeed
