can not login to my site

I am trying to login to my C5 site and I am getting a username/password error. I submitted my email to reset the password but I have not received andy email from C5 to do so.

I just need to get that email so I can reset the password.

I checked my email, it is working fine.

Are you developing this site locally?

If you are then there is a good chance the email will not be received.

You should in this case look in the 'logs' table in your database. You should be able to find the message sent there and then copy and paste the link in to your browser to reset your password.

Try using "admin" as the user name. Your e-mail address that you used to install concrete is not the user name! I struggled with this for hours!

Try using "admin" as the user name. The password will be the password you chose when installing concrete.
