Can 5.3.2 be reinstalled?

I had 90% completed my site now I can't seem to log out. Can I reinstall a clean version 5.3.2 keeping my design etc intact. Would be great if someone to could answer this post

if you copy your theme directory out you should be good, but you'll lose all the data in your database on a clean install..

when you try to logout what do you get?

If I clck the edit again it tells me someone Another user is currently editing this page.?

Confusing as I am the only user can this be resolved really do not want to re-create site again in particular my portfolio and images

well if you close a browser while the page is in edit mode, concrete5 won't know that you're not still editing it.. perhaps that has something to do with it?
