Can't download anything (themes/ addons)

Good Morning,
a few days ago I purchased a new theme for my homepage, but now I can't download it though it's shown under the topic 'Redy To Download'. So I tried another (free) theme - with the same reason. There's always the same error report:
might there be a bug? How to fix the problem?
