Can't log in to C5 community from new website

I'm in the process of designing my second C5 website. When I go to
ADD FUNCTIONALITY and try to connect to the C5 community my login
info is rejected. It is the same info I use for my first site.I have
no trouble accessing the C5 community from there or by going directly
to C5.org.
PLEASE HELP!!!
