Can't Remember Community User

We can't find the community user for the project we are working. I need a way to reset the project user, and tie it to my account. How can I do this. It keeps telling me that the account doesn't match, but I can't find what account to use.

can you access the database sql??
if so you can change the users email address to yours then click the reset password link that will send the email to yourself again.
