Cant upgrade 5.4.1.1 to 5.4.2/5.4.2.1

Hi all

I'm trying to upgrade a 5.4.1.1 installation to 5.4.2 (ideally to 5.4.2.1 of course, but baby steps..) but I just get a white screen when the upgrade script is run (i.e. after the new package is downloaded and I click Update). I can't access the website, Dashboard or anything. The only way to fix it is to edit site.php and reset DIRNAME_APP_UPDATED to 5.4.1.1, the previous update.

I've tried downloading the package manually, extracting it in the Updates/ directory then running the update script (in case the download was breaking) but that didn't make any difference.

At the moment I'm running 5.4.1.1, which was upgraded from 5.4.0.5.

Here's my environment stuff:

I'm having the same problem, I keep getting a white screen when I update to either 5.4.2 or 5.4.2.1

I also run concrete5 on localhost, and had no problem updating to both 5.4.2 and 5.4.2.1

I've having a similar problem, I can install the update on localhost but not on an actual server.

Similar problem after trying to upgrade more than once?

Then I had disk usage warning?

Delved deeper and found three temp folders with 5.4.2 in and two with 5.4.2.1?

Stripped out all traces of updates and then uploaded just the concrete core folder to my root to replace existing and seems to work just fine.

The only problem I've got on two of my updated websites is that I can't add forms?
