can´t enter marketplace from dashboard

hi there- i sucessfully installed c5 latest version but when trying to add functionality through the marketplace- at the login i always get an "unknown error" message-
anyone knows how to get this working ?

are you trying to do a remote install with a c5 installation on windows? If so it won't work, you'll have to install by hand unfortunately (this problem exists because windows can't unzip the package files).
