Cannot connect to the community

Hi, I've recently moved my C5 installation to another directory and have received the 'Connect to the Community' page. However when I try to enter my C5 username and password (the same ones I used to log in to post this query) I get attached error message.
I recall having problems registering the site when it was first set up, i.e. it may never have been connected to the community.
