cannot createt external links or new pages

after some trouble upgrading from 5.6.1.2 to 5.6.2.1 (stil can't update) and rolling back to backup.
now I can't create new pages or external links from dashboard. Every time after I try to create a page or link I'm thrown out of dashboard (flat view) and back to the website.
anyone knows what happend?
