Cannot Edit File Set

Hi,

Finally got our concrete5 site up and running from 5.7.5.13 to 8.2.1 (running PHP 7.1.3), however i cannot seem to edit the existing FileSets on the site.

Any idea what I missed or I need to do? I can upload files, add them to existing filesets, add a new fileset. I just cannot EDIT
