cannot get C5 installed

OK, I must be an idiot. I cannot get this installed - and I've worked with sever other CMSs with no problem for years. - I'm a designer, not a programmer.

I created database.

Downloaded the latest version, unzipped and uploaded to root of site.

Set permissions as per instructions.

Go to site nourishorganicjuice.com and just a blank page. No screen to enter db info. Tables are NOT created, nothing happens.

I've searched the forums but I cannot find an answer. What am I missing?

I think the issue is that the current webpage is index.html, when concrete depends on index.php and is most likely some type of logic to prevent it from displaying. Try to ftp it off the server and see if it works. You might want to install in a different directory first.

I can see all the files so it should work.

This worked! Thank you so much. I didn't consider this because I tried deleting the index.html, but that didn't work.
