Cannot login to Admin Area & Can't create SubMenus...

Hey dudes =)
I'm new to c5, the past i only worked with Joomla and Typo, means c5 is a fresh wind :D
Now i've two problems.
The first is, i didnt note the admin password, now i cant log me in to the admin backend...
I tried to send the mail with the password to me, but when i try this, there are only appears a white site and the mail is not sent.
The other problem is the with the submenus, its simple, i dont now how to create them :D

for the submenus lets say you want it like this
Home
-About
--Stuff
---Stuff2
-Search
to make the Stuff page you would go to the about page and hit add page same thing for the Stuff2 but you would add a page from the Stuff page.
