Cannot start the installation, Zend include error

Hi All,
I just tried to Install the concrete5 on my Server. I am already running several Concrete5 System on this server for different Domains in different folders.
I never had any problems to install concrete5.
When I now try to start the installation, I get the following error:
Warning: require_once(Zend/Date/DateObject.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/web12/html/widmer-web/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Date.php on line 25
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'Zend/Date/DateObject.php' (include_path='.') in /home/www/web12/html/widmer-web/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Date.php on line 25
I already checked if this file exists and it does.
Any Help or suggestions?

Maybe re-upload your files?
If anybody has the same error, as MoonGrab sugested, the problem was, because I uploaded all files already unzipped and something went wrong during the upload.
Uploading the zip file and unzipping it on the server helped.
