Cannot upload from 5.6.1.2 to 5.6.2.1 - Please Please Help !

Dear C5 members,
I am trying to upload the usual way ( through dashboard, like I did before with no problems) but keep getting these :
THERE WAS AN ERROR UNPACKING YOUR FILE.Perhaps you have not uploaded a valid zip file,or you dont have zip installed.
Screenprint is in attacment.
I tried to fix it myself ,and made a bigger mess :(
