Cannot upload from 5.6.1.2 to 5.6.2.1 - Please Please Help !

I need help with uploading Concrete 5 .
I used to upload through dashboard with no problem.
But now I got this :
There was an error unpacking your file. Perhaps you have not uploaded a valid zip file, or you do not have zip installed .
what should I do ?
Yes , I know there is a similar topic for PREVIOUS versions, but didnt get a clear answer or how-to-fix step by step.
