Can't connect my domain to community

Looking to purchase add-on's in the marketplace. From the Extend Concrete5 link at the bottom of the dashboard a window appeared and I clicked the green button Connect to Community. A new window pops up but empty of its content?

Not sure how to debug this?

Could be something to do with your SSL settings..
A page that has a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) could possibly load the page but not the content if it appears the content is not secure.
Its worth a look.

Don't see anything wrong on my SSL side. Have made a support ticket with my hosting service to see if they can identify something. Anybody have any other ideas?

Now connected to the community. It appears my Firefox browser was hindering the process of 'Connect(ing) to community' and not displaying window content. When I tried process with IE11, I succeeded in making the connection to my Concrete5 account.
