Can't edit on my wifi/LAN

Trying to set up a new Concrete5 page and ran into the follwing problem:

I can't edit the page, it gets stuck, as long as I'm on my wifi/LAN.
PC, tablet, phone, all the same.

However if I go on the cellular network I'm able to edit.
So...must be my network.

Any pointers in which direction to go?

If I'm at home wifi/LAN any edit loads, until it's almost done. Then the blue progress just turns and turns.
Stuck forever.
This is the same for all devices.

If on cellular no problem...

Found this, but no idea where and how to change that config file...
