Can't edit pages after upgrading
Permalink 1 user found helpful
Just went from 5.3.3.1 up to 5.5.2.1 and it went without a hitch.... except I can't edit any pages with my theme.
If I change theme, I am able to edit (yet to save tho) in that I get the edit button but cant save the changes back to my theme.
I saw something about z-index above 2 causing problems, but I can't seem to find that in my theme's css (maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot)
Please help

I know this may be somewhat a dumb suggestion but make sure the check box under Site Access is checked for Administrators to have Site Edit capability.
Yes it is checked (was hard to find).
Should the theme show up blank in the list (as per attachment)?
Should the theme show up blank in the list (as per attachment)?
That just means there is no thumbnail created for the theme I think. Is there a way you can create a user account for me to login to the site and see if I can figure anything out? If so, you can email me the credentials to jeremy.monroe@live.com.
If not, I completely understand and we can continue to work the current way we're going about it.

Did you get my email?
Do you see the edit bar?
Do you have
in your footer.php?
Any other info or url!
