For some reason, after moving my site, when I go to "Edit" my table-less form, nothing shows up....Just a blank window. When I switch it out of the Custom Template then I receive this error "MiniSurvey::loadsurvey() - If not in Show Edit we should be loading from the view, how did we get here?". I also receive this error when I go to add a new form with no Custom Template....

Anyone have any ideas why that would be?

Would it make any difference if the license is assigned to two instances of the same site? The same site at two different url's? Both are connected to the community (first one was the original site on a different url)
