Cant install

I am running on an linux server and I am hosted with ixwebhosting.com.... I run varides.com and want to use concrete5 as the homepage.
I have uploaded the files.
set the permissions and made sure mod_rewrite works.
Yet when I go towww.www.varides.com/homepage/index.php...
it shows a blank screen... no installation instructions or nothing...
any solutions ?

What does your phpinfo() say?
