cant log in

Im using dreamhost. Each time I try to log into concrete5 through the link provided on my website, every username and password i use does not work. what gives? and when i ask for my password through my email, nothing comes.
If you have access to the database you can see the username and email that is set up for your website. It will be in the 'users' table
