can't login and reset email never arrives

I just installed concrete5 yesterday. This morning when I tried to login, it tells me my login and password are invalid (they aren't) and when I try to reset, the email doesn't arrive. Can someone tell me how to get in through the database please?

Thanks for the link to instructions. Now I have to figure out why emails aren't getting through (and not going to spam).
