CGI Error

I'm trying to install concrete5.6.2.1 on my shared hosting account. The front page of the installation is all green ticks. I start the install, it appears to be going ok, creating tables etc then I get the message.

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I can see it has created 14 tables in the database.

Any suggestions?

An update to this issue. I have tried several times to run the install, each time it gets to a different point before I get the CGI Error message. On one occasion I thought it was going to complete the installation, 171 tables were created but it failed at the last moment.

I have managed to install an earlier version (Version 5.5.1) on another domain though I was getting the same error message, after a few tries it installed
