Change domain & BASE URL Now can't log into CMS

Hi

I have changed the domain of my CMS fromhttp://www.fhluxurybeds.co.uk tohttp://www.purerestbeds.co.uk.

My hosting provider has changed this for me. I also changed the domain in my cpanel concrete5 installation ( installatron )

I have altered the BASE_URL.

But of course now I cannot log into my CMS as it still has the old domain. What can I do to get my CMS back up and running on my new domain?
