Change system email "from" address from host server name

When the system sends emails it arrives as from the hosting server "username@host194.hostmonster.com", I'd like it to show "admin@unrefine.me" I've tried adding the suggested code to the site.php file, but it did nothing. Any ideas?

Look at the simple example at the top and then look at the methods. There's a "from" method.
