Changed login Information and forgot how to change it back

I changed it so that I would have to log into my site with email and now I want to change it back to Username (admin) and I forgot how to do that... I know, I know, such a noob question...

Under login, and registration settings you will find options for login by email or login by username. This is either directly in the dashboard or under users, and groups tab depending on version.
