Changing Community Connection Project Name

With all of the CMS's we have used, we always develop a pre-configured version that has everything we need as a company to develop our website. We then zip that pre-configured version up, with an .sql file, and copy it to whatever project we're going to work on.
The problem with doing this with C5, is that the community connection doesn't appear to have a mechanism for changing the project name. This makes it difficult to license an add-on for a particular site, because the project name for each site is the same as our pre-configured version. Is there an easy way to change the project name?
