Check For Updates
Permalink
Hi all,
I have a problem very weird, with the check for updates option.
When I click on Dashboard > System & Settings > Backup & Restore > Update concrete5 > Check for updates, I don´t received the indication that I have an update available for download.
I have also an icon that give me the information "Download the latest version of concrete5 and upgrade your site".
Concrete version: concrete5.7.5.12
Linux version: Centos 7
SELinux: OFF
Firewalld: OFF
Firewall: this host is white listed on the firewall
I have followed this installaction guide:https://documentation.concrete5.org/developers/installation/installa...
Someone have the same issue? The manual update work fine, but I want this option also working.
Note: I have internet access on the machine.

I have the same issue. I wasn't able to use the "Update concrete5" for version 8.0.3 and now version 8.1. Had to do the manual update. It would really be nice to be able to use the built in update system. Such a nice tool.
The core team waits a bit before allowing dashboard upgrades for a particular version to ensure no major issues pop up right after release.
