Hello all.
We have been experiencing numerous problems with our ecommerce site, and I feel that rebuilding the site from the ground up may solve many of the errors/issues our users keep reporting.
Basically what I am trying to find out is what is the best way to go about rebuilding the site (as in clean install and freshly downloading/implementing each add-on), but then still transfer over all the usernames/password/profile info into the fresh site?

If I just move everything I believe I'll be stuck with a lot of the problems I've been having already, so I'm asking for a bit more specific directions for how I can move the parts I need without making our thousands of users be forced to re-register.
