Concrete 5.4.2.1 and PHP 5.3.8

As the subject suggests, I want to know if Concrete runs on PHP 5.3.8?

I'm thinking about updating our server so does anyone know if this will work as it should?

It should run fine, Im running several on 5.3.7 and its fine,
