Concrete 5-8.4.0 does not install under Plesk 17.8.11

Good day
I want to install the program Concrete 5-8.4.0 on my server.
Short info about the server
- Operating system Debian
- Plesk 17.8.11 all update
- full admin rights
My problem is now, I want to install the program, now I always get the following errors (Path_Info / Orig_path_info)
I know it went under PHP5. Since my server now only has PHP7 I do not know where to set the error message
