Concrete 5 error zend backend not found <Solved>

Im experiencing this error
i have dragged the concrete folder into my public_html
using filezilla what could be wrong?

Turns out filezilla had actually missed some files and left some of them 0kb! i have repaired this by manually dragging and dropping
all is fixed now and i can see the interface :)
