Concrete 5.6.2.1 Installation on IIS 8.5

Currently, I have problem with Concrete 5.6.2.1 Installation on IIS 8.5, I have download and install all modules and dependencies of PHP 5.5. But whenever I tried to install the Concrete5, it hangs at "Creating Database Tables", How to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
I'd highly recommend that you don't host C5 with IIS. I went through hell one time trying to work out all the kinks that you might experience with this. If you have any way to host in Apache you should do that. I know that some people host C5 in IIS but in my experience all the extra problems aren't worth the hassle. Having said this I wish you the best of luck whatever you do.
There may however be someone that knows more about C5 on IIS though to be fair. I've just never had any luck with it personally. I'm hoping one of them will respond to this.
