Concrete 5.7 Wont install!

Hi I am struggling to get to the installation screen of a website I am trying to recreate using C5, I have uploaded the Concrete5 files to the web server and tried to access the index.php file and received a blank page, and occasionally a DNS probe error (the DNS error may be my Wifi its outdated) I have created a phpInfo page which I hope can help decipher the problem!

I have indeed. What bit are you trying to highlight out of that? I have set it up before on another Web server successfully, I'm just facing issues on this one.
Still after having followed the "basic installation guide" I am getting a blank page. Is there anyone who can help?
