I'm sure this topic is to talk but the post I've read do not understand.

As concrete migrate a site from one server to another?

I do not understand how to load the database to the new hosting.
I saw a post the information helpful but do not understand.

Do you have access to phpMyAdmin on the new server? Usually you should have, even if it’s just through some control panel in the hosting account (but a little more info from your side would be helpful).

You export the database from your old server (again, preferably via phpMyAdmin) and on your new server you just have to import the previously exported database. You take note of the database name, the DB user and the password and change Concrete5’s config accordingly. That should be it.
