Concrete5 Compatible With Heroku?

Hey Guys! I am brand new to php and concrete5. I have been over in rails land, but I am looking for a quick platform for a client that needs a solid CMS.

I deployed my app to heroku but I am getting a "writeable files and configuration directories" error as well as "image manipulation available"

I assume this has something to do with db compatibility?

I'd love to be able to stick with heroku for this.
