We build our side in dev and then move the entire folder structure from DEV to QA to PROD(soft launch as of now). Along with the folders we move the database dump also. This has worked out well so far from dev to QA.

Today we tried moving the QA to prod (build and db dump) and I see this error when we access the site "concrete5 is already installed". I have attached the screenshot as attachment.

Please anyone can you shed some light.
