Concrete5 Menu Bar missing after update to 5.6.1 (css problem?)

After updating from 5.6.0.2 to 5.6.1 the C5 Menu Bar is gone. The menu appears as an menu on the left (see 1st screenshot). I guess it's a CSS conflict?? To see if it's nothing conflicting in the theme's css, I cleared the whole css, but still no Menu Bar. (see 2nd screenshot).

Any suggestions?
