Concrete5 on X10 hosting

Hello,
I'm trying to install concrete5 on x10 hosting but I can't get it working.

Does anyone have the magic answer?

Ok, things to check:

Firstly, have you created the database yet? The database must exist.
Secondly, the hostname. Are you sure it's correct? Have you tried using localhost?
Thirdly, the username and password. Do you have access to phpMyAdmin? Try logging in to that using the username and password and see if it gives you the correct database.

Try that and let me know how you get on...
