When I try to install C5 I get this error
Concrete5 requires PHP 5.1

Have you communicated with your Hosting provider to verify they are running (or have available) a current version of PHP? (should be 5.1 or greater)

Well as it turns out our hosting company was not doing a good job and they were not very helpful when we called them, so we are changing hosts.
