First of all, I'm a complete newbie to concrete5 so explain as simply as possible please :).

My initial problem was installing a free add on, and to do this I had to connect my site to the community. I then reached another problem - my concrete5 account wouldn't link (wouldn't even let me past signing in with it via connecting to the community). I have a feeling that my concrete 5 account isn't set as owner or administrator of the site, although I have only had two sets of account details (one for my concrete5 account, and one for my admin login to my site). I know that 100% the passwords/usernames are correct for both.

My site doesn't even show up under my 'projects' section on my concrete5 account. When trying to connect to the community via my site, there isn't even an option to create a concrete5 account (I thought about creating a new account and then transferring the site over to my original concrete5 account). So yes… I'm really stuck. All I want is to connect my site with my concrete5 account!

Any help is really appreciated.
