Content Slider Error

I get the following message in relation to my Content Slider installation. Could anyone please assist me in solving this issue.

Looks like your content slider package is still in a zip file?!
The only thing I needed to solve the problem was to delete a zip-file in the directory.

Have you recently moved to new server? If yes, then search your database and replace all your old domain name to new one.
If not then it might be open_basedir settings. Ask your hosting provider to solve this.
