Converting template into Concrete5

Hi, I have a template that I would like to be converted into concrete5.7 and need help with this. The template is called MUNTER and can be seen herehttp://www.blacktie.co/demo/munter/...

Andrewjaff, thats too low... Ive allways paid for delivered Work that would live up to standards, yours didnt and it were to no use for me.... So likewise I can NOT recomend your Work to anyone... Knowing basic Things is crucial for a joint Work... You failed miserably on this delivery, sorry.

I have many happy clients, not like .. You have canceled this because of you don't want to pay.

And talking about another thing that has no connection with theme development.
