Copy an installation to a new webspace

Hi, I'm looking to copy an installation onto a new webspace on a separate hosing account.
Can I copy the database across, install a new instance of C5 and link to the new database? Any help appreciated.

Just back up your database and transfer over the files after disconnecting the website.
