Creating a 2nd web site with Concrete5

I installed Concrete5 in my "homeweb" directory using simple scripts. I now want to build a 2nd web site in my "cottage" directory. I'm not sure how to do this. Do I use simple scripts to install Concrete5 into the 2nd directory or can I use my 1st install of Concrete5 to build the 2nd site?
