Creativity Theme

Hello, I just purchased the Creativity theme from Viva templates, from the Viva template site. When I connect the site to the community, the theme does not display as available for activation anywhere. Is this because I did not purchase durectly through the concrete5 site? Please help as I'm at a standstill. Thanks.
