CSS files are in cache folder

Total beginner here. I just completed the default installation and want to customize my theme, but when I go to inspector, all my CSS files are in concrete/files/cache/css/, which doesn't seem right. Shouldn't they be in the theme folder?

Also, I installed C5 to my wamp/www folder, but C5 replicated itself, so now I have wamp/www/Concrete/Concrete, which seems to have the same contents as wamp/www/Concrete.

Can anyone help clear this up? Getting kinda frustrated.

Concrete5 has installed correctly. It is made to duplicate as such as it uses the folders as working folders. Don't worry about grasping that until you get into learning how to develop in C5.

In regards to css edits...you need to edit the css files in /concrete/concrete/themes/themename/css/yourcssfileslisted.css

Hope this helps.
