Dashboard in !trash?

Hello,

I recently changed hosts and transferred website but now the Dashboard looks different and when I try to open it it opens up under:
!trash/dashboard/

The Full site map is empty and it actually opens up a window within my website:
http://www.domain.org/!trash/dashboard/sitemap/full/... But the page is empty.

Any idea what's going on?
