I just tried to sign onto my site to edit, when I click dashboard, it will show correctly once, maybe... then if I click system. or reload, it will lose all formatting and all the links and tables will be piled on top of eachother.

I tried installing a fresh install in another directory, and updating to the most current version. As soon as I got updated it did the same thing. my site wasn't current when this first happened, and an update didn't help.

if anyone is interested they can log into my test which is displaying the issues...
